Sam McClure

Originally from Staunton, Virginia, Sam relocated to Nashville, Tennessee, in 2003. He currently serves as Executive Vice President of Healthcare Solutions at Experis Health (formerly ettain group), bringing over 20 years of leadership experience in the professional staffing and services industry.

Sam joined ettain group in 2005 as General Manager, where he led the launch of the Nashville office and built its sales and recruiting teams. In 2012, he was promoted to Regional Director, overseeing operations in Nashville, Atlanta, Jacksonville, and Dallas. Two years later, he founded the company’s Healthcare IT practice as Director of Healthcare Solutions, successfully growing it from the ground up to $50 million in revenue by 2018.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in International Studies from the Virginia Military Institute. Sam and his wife, Janny, have been married for 19 years and live in Brentwood, Tennessee, with their three children: Wyatt, Harper, and Fin.
